Kayaking at Cape Aspro, Pissouri

What we’ll do

We will set to explore the spectacular Cape Aspro in Pissouri village. This is in most cases a morning tour, as the sea at the area is rarely calm after lunchtime. An energetic tour suitable for more experienced paddlers. The total estimated distance is approximately 12-14 kms, but depending on the weather and the group capabilities it might varies.

We meet at the designated launch (start) site where we will provide you with the necessary information about the area and equipment (kayak, paddle, PFD). After assigning the equipment, we will make a small introduction on self rescue techniques. Following on, we will practice what we learn in the water and the adventure begins.

We set off and paddle together at a relaxed pace to discover the high cliffs of the area, small coves, and weave through rocks. We will make our stop on a hidden from the world beach where we will have time to swim, snorkel and relax. We will also enjoy a morning coffee and a snack before we start paddling back to the starting location, having spend an adventurous and fun day in the sea.
