To ensure the best experience possible, Sea Kayak Cyprus limits the number of participants per excursion. Please understand that when a reservation is made, it is a commitment for us to hold seats for you. We can (and often do) turn away others from that particular date (or excursion). With this in mind, we hold the following policies:
Bookings cancelled by the client before the tour starts, will have the following refund policy:
❖Cancelling more than 1 week (7 days) in advance will result in full refund given.
❖Cancelling 1 week (7 days) or less in advance will not receive a refund.
Please make sure to be at the meeting place 10 to 15 minutes before tour starts, since if you are late the group may leave without you. If this occurs, we will not refund or reschedule your tour. If a client knows that he/she will be late, it is advised to call in advance and we will do our best to wait for a maximum of 10-15 minutes. Be aware that if the client is more than 10-15 min late, even though it has informed us about being late, the group will leave and a refund will not be issued.
If it becomes necessary to cancel your trip, you must notify Sea Kayak Cyprus immediately in writing by email. Cancellation or request for start date will be considered and take effect when Sea Kayak Cyprus receives your written notice. To proceed with a cancellation, please send the booking confirmation by e-mail either at info@seakayakcyprus.com or hello@seakayakcyprus.com. Please also state the booking name and the invoice/ reference number.
We reserve the right of Force Majeure if an event beyond our control prevents your booking from being fulfilled. These events and circumstances we cannot, even with due care, have foreseen or avoided. If a Force Majeure situation occur, the client will be given a choice either for a refund or to reschedule the tour.
We reserve the right to cancel any excursion in advance, where in such case we will offer two choices; either to reschedule, or full refund but without the cover of international bank fees.
Rescheduling can be agreed for up to 1 year after the agreed upon tour, it can also be handed over to friends or family.
